The Levels (0 to 5) reflect the organization's current resilience, ranging from Unaware to Resilient. While every program contributes to growth, the intensity of the plan (Shift through Next) determines the speed and depth of behavioral change toward the desired Resilience Level.
Shift is the ideal start; this foundational program helps organizations leap from Level 1 (Reactive) to Level 2 (Basic Awareness). For achieving Level 3, the Plus program is the most appropriate choice.
This requires deep culture change and strategic guidance. The Pro and Next programs are the most effective tools for this. The Pro and Next programs provide the necessary Expert-guided support and transformative insights to secure the highest Levels of resilience.
The Wave Learning Platform is included as a standard feature starting with the Plus package. The foundational programs, like Shift, offer the flexibility to add Wave microlearnings as an Add-on.
Yes. The AI Literacy content pack is available as an Add-on with Plus and Pro. Standalone interventions, such as the Culture Scan, Skill Game Arcade, or Conversation Starter Game, can be purchased separately from the core Program Plans.
