We are currently seeking an all-round graphic designer (32-40 hours p.w.) who sees it as a challenge to think beyond the stereotype of ‘the hacker in a hoodie’.

What we’re looking for

As a growing company that is evolving rapidly, AWAREWAYS is looking for a designer with experience. Someone who can work with our psychologists, data analysts, developers and programme managers to develop communication concepts and help our clients reach ‘the next level’ in information security.

We are looking for someone with a clear vision of how design and communication can be used for a larger goal: to achieve cultural and behavioural change among our clients. A designer who is able to develop creative concepts independently, but who is also able to work in a team with our other designers and communication experts. You have strong visual skills (graphic, typographic and photographic) and enjoy working directly with clients to create a distinctive end product.

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant
    work experience at a creative studio
  • You like to take the initiative, are flexible and enjoy teamwork
  • You are creative and able to work systematically
  • You are able to use most Adobe programs
  • You are trained to higher professional (HBO) level
  • You can speak and write Dutch and English

AWAREWAYS approaches security and privacy awareness from psychology, marketing and communication, with the aim of achieving behavioural and cultural change. We help our clients to develop an overarching strategy, so that employees become the strongest link in the organisation’s security chain.
