Awareways is a young and innovative company within the security and privacy world, with renowned national and international clients such as Heineken, Ministry of Justice, KPMG, and Allianz.

We are looking for a Product Designer (X/F/M) who will take our digital products to the next level.

What you’ll be working on:

As a product designer, you will discover the business goals, our learning objectives and translate those into designs for our digital learning solutions. You will develop different use cases for user personas. These will then be translated into quick prototypes to get regular feedback. After iteration you’re responsible for making the final web and mobile designs; the design garden is your domain.

Where possible, you will use tools to study the actual end-users to further enhance the designs that ultimately allow the business to reach their goals. You will work together on this with our team of psychologists, educational and data scientists. The scale we work on typically involves ten- to hundreds of thousands of users.

Your team

You will typically be the sole designer working alongside a team of developers to bring designs to life. You’ll also refine the requirements for your designs by working with the product owner and our learning & development experts.

You will report to the business developer and be part of the internal design studio. Ability to talk to the business, understand concepts, prototype and turn them into designs quickly is a must.
