When you start an awareness program, you need to know which knobs to turn to get the right results. The baseline measurement gave Awareways a clear picture of the security awareness maturity at the Koninklijke Bibliotheek and provided concrete tools for further strategy.
Communication concept
The whole is more than the sum of its parts: that is the effect of recognizable and unambiguous communication. A communication concept serves as a framework for all messages, including the interventions in relation to information security, privacy and/or integrity.

Working AVG compliant is a focus for all organizations. Awareways’ AVG module is customized and can be offered to all employees.
Security Awareness Engine
Our in-house developed Security Awareness Engine was the right tool for the Koninklijke Bibliotheek to use within the awareness campaign. The custom learning content of our engine was created in close consultation with a project team from the KB.
Phishing simulation
The Koninklijke Bibliotheek staff were confronted with a number of phishing emails. A mix of different messages was developed to get a good idea of click behavior, as the Awareways approach is aimed at changing behavior.
